All third parties we work with are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and may not use it for any purpose other than delivering the specific service requested.

Telegram & Chat Communications

Our on-site chat widget forwards messages to our team via Telegram, a third-party messaging platform operated by Telegram FZ-LLC.

• Messages you send via our chat widget are transmitted to our private Telegram group visible only to The Journey team
• Chat messages are stored in Telegram according to Telegram's own privacy policy and data retention practices
• We use chat session identifiers (randomly generated codes, not linked to your identity) to provide message continuity within a single browser session
• You are never required to identify yourself to use the chat — you may ask questions anonymously

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:

• Inquiry data: Retained for 2 years from the date of your last interaction with us
